12 FOR 12

In reading the Bible we find the number 12 numerous times in both the old and new testaments.The book of Genesis reveals that there were 12 sons of Jacob that made up the 12 tribes of Israel.  Jesus had 12 apostles.  In the book of Revelation the kingdom of God has 12 gates guarded by 12 angels.
